SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Product prices do not include the cost of postage. Prior to or after making your purchase, kindly email us at foundwares.store@gmail.com or DM on Instagram for a shipping quote. Shipping is to be paid for separately via bank transfer, after the purchase has been made.
Orders are mailed out every Tuesday. The cut off is 11:59pm Sunday AEDT.
For small to medium objects, shipping generally ranges from $10 - $60 (dependent on weight and size).
For furniture/large objects, shipping via a courier will cost anywhere from $150 - $800 depending on size, location, etc.
TERMS OF SHIPPING
Please note that courier companies are external to us. While we take care to package items safely, once the item is in transit, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or delays. Any issues that arise with regards to delivery must be addressed directly with the courier service.
Items sent using Australia Post can be insured for a small fee. This is advised for orders containing breakables. Please get in touch with us if insurance is required.
LOCAL PICK UP
Pick up is available from our studio space in Abbotsford, Victoria on Saturday from 11am to 4pm. If you are unable to make it during this time, please get in touch to book an alternative collection time.
